Public Results
Share a live, read-only results page with anyone via a link.
The public results page is a read-only, live-updating view of a form's aggregated Results that anyone with the link can open - no Clipform account required. Useful for a shared dashboard, a wall display at an event, or sharing results with a client.
Turning it on
Open the Results tab for a form, click Share, and turn on Public results page. This mints a link at app.clipform.io/results/<token> that you can copy and send to anyone.
What it shows
The public page mirrors the same charts and response gallery as your own Results tab, including photos, drawings, and video/audio responses, and updates live as new responses arrive.
What it never shows
Contact details, file uploads, and payment data never appear on the public page, even though they're visible to you in the dashboard. You can also hide any individual question from the Share panel without affecting your own Results or Responses view.
The link is the credential
Anyone who has the link can view the page - there's no login and no way to tell who opened it. Only share it with people you're comfortable seeing the responses. If a link leaks, click Rotate link in the Share panel to invalidate it and generate a new one.
Your responsibility
Turning this on makes response content available to anyone with the link. As the form owner, you're responsible for the security of that link, for any consents required by law before publishing respondent data, and for making sure respondents know their answers may be shown publicly.
