Usability Testing Template

A ready-made usability test script testers answer on their own time: what they tried, where they got stuck, and what they expected instead.

Something to get you started. The questions are written for you. Add your own video - you or your team asking each one - and it's ready to send.

About this template

Booking a call for every tester is how usability testing stalls. This template runs the follow-up asynchronously: after someone tries your product, they answer five short questions in text, voice or video - while it is still fresh.

It asks what they were trying to do, whether they managed it, where they got stuck, what they expected to happen and the one thing they would change. Voice and video answers catch the hesitation a typed answer smooths over.
