Links
Create a re-pointable link that keeps working after you swap the form behind it.
A dynamic link is a named, permanent URL you control from the Links tab. Its address never changes, but you can point it at a different form whenever you like - so a link printed on a flyer, engraved on packaging, or embedded in an old campaign keeps working even after the form behind it moves on. Dynamic links are a Pro feature.
Creating a link
Open Links in the workspace sidebar and click Create link. Give it a name (for your own reference - respondents never see it) and optionally pick a form to attach it to right away. You don't have to attach a form immediately - a link with nothing attached shows as Not attached until you point it somewhere.
Attaching and repointing
Each link has a searchable form picker. Use it to attach an unattached link to a form, or to repoint an already-attached link to a different one. The link's URL never changes when you do this - only where it sends respondents.
To free a link from its form without deleting it, open the picker and choose Unattach. It goes back to Not attached and stays in your list, ready to point at another form whenever you like.
Sharing a link
Click the copy icon next to a link's URL to copy it to your clipboard. Every link also shows a small QR code you can use for print materials, event badges, or packaging - open the link's ... menu for Download QR code (saves a PNG) and Copy QR image (copies it straight to your clipboard).
Renaming and deleting
Click a link's name to rename it in place. To delete a link, open its ... menu and choose Delete link - this is permanent and immediately breaks the URL for anyone who has it, so if it's printed or embedded anywhere, that stops working right away.
