Connect Claude to Clipform
In claude.ai, go to Settings -> Connectors -> Add custom connector, and enter https://mcp.clipform.io. Approve the one-time request to link your workspace.

Describe the form you want
Just ask, for example: "Create a customer feedback form with a video question asking how we did, then an open-ended follow-up." Claude builds it for you.

Review and publish
Claude can read the form back, add media, set up branching, and check your results - all in the same conversation. Publish from the dashboard when it is ready.
