How it works

   Connect a channel

   In the dashboard, open Integrations, click Connect Slack, and pick the channel you want responses posted to.

   Turn it on per form

   Expand Forms sending to Slack on the Slack card and toggle on any form you want to send responses from.

3. 3

   Get notified

   From now on, every completed response for that form posts a summary to your connected channel.
