Embed a video form on Webflow

Add an Embed element
In the Designer, add panel -> Components -> Embed, and drop it where the form should appear.

Paste the embed snippet
Paste the two-line snippet with your form's Form ID. You'll see a placeholder while designing - it only renders on the published site.

Publish your site
Publish, and the form loads inline, 9:16 by default.
