Account Settings

Manage your profile and account.

Your account settings live under Settings in the dashboard sidebar. Here you can update your profile and manage your account.

Profile

Your profile has two fields:

EmailNoSet when you signed up. Cannot be changed from the dashboard.

If you signed up with Google, you'll see a Google icon next to your email indicating your account is managed through Google OAuth.

Change your name

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Update the Name field
  3. Click Save

You'll see a confirmation message once the change is saved.

Delete your account

Account deletion is handled by our support team to ensure your data is removed safely.

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Under Delete Account, click the email link
  3. This opens a pre-filled email to our support team
  4. Send the email - we'll process your request within 30 days

Account deletion is permanent. All workspaces you own, forms, responses, analytics data, and media will be removed and cannot be recovered.

If you're on the Pro plan, cancel your subscription from the Billing page before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.

Authentication

Clipform supports sign-in with Google OAuth and email-based authentication. Your sign-in method is set when you create your account and cannot be changed afterward.

If you signed in with Google, your Clipform account is linked to your Google identity. Changing your Google account password or email does not affect your Clipform account directly - you'll continue to sign in through Google's authentication flow.
