Results

View aggregated response data for each question in your form.

The Results tab shows aggregated response data per question across all respondents. Use it to understand how people answer each question at a glance.

How it works

Open the Results tab in the dashboard sidebar and select a form from the dropdown at the top. The left sidebar lists every question in your form. Click any question to see its response breakdown on the right.

The data updates in real time - as new responses come in, the breakdowns reflect them immediately without needing to refresh.

Response breakdowns

What you see depends on the question type.

Choice and multiple choice

A horizontal bar chart shows how many respondents picked each option. Each bar is labelled with the option text, and longer bars mean more respondents chose that option. You can:

  • Sort by most popular (highest count first) or original option order (the order you set when building the form)
  • Toggle between count (#) and percentage (%) - count shows the raw number of respondents, percentage shows the proportion of all respondents who answered this question

Open-ended responses

Since open-ended answers are unique per respondent, Results shows them as a scrollable list of individual responses rather than a chart. Each response shows the text or a media player for audio/video answers. You can:

  • Filter by response type - show only text, audio, or video responses using the filter icons at the top
  • Search through text responses to find specific keywords or phrases
  • Sort by newest or oldest first
  • Preview media - play audio and video responses inline without leaving the page
  • Read transcriptions - audio and video responses are automatically transcribed, with the text shown alongside the media player

Other question types

Other node types that collect responses display their data in the most appropriate format for that question type.

Which questions appear

Not every node type appears in the Results view. Nodes that don't collect response data - or that collect data better suited to individual viewing - are excluded from the sidebar.

Node typeWhy it's excluded
ButtonAcknowledgement or navigation step - every respondent clicks the same button, so there's nothing meaningful to aggregate
ContactCollects unique-per-respondent fields (name, email, phone) that don't lend themselves to aggregation. A bar chart of email addresses isn't useful - instead, contact data is shown per respondent in the Responses tab
End ScreenTerminal screen, shown after the form is complete - no response data
RedirectSends respondents to an external URL - no response data

Additionally, nodes that are unreachable (not connected to the form's logic flow) are hidden from the sidebar automatically.

Looking for contact details? If your form has a Contact node, a banner appears at the top of the Results page directing you to the Responses tab. Contact information is captured per individual response - head to Responses to see each respondent's details.
