AI Assistants
Create forms by chatting with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
Connect Clipform to your favourite AI assistant and build forms through conversation. Describe what you want - a quiz, a feedback form, a lead capture page - and the assistant creates it, complete with video, images, and theming.

What you can ask
Here are some things you can say to get started:
- "Create a customer feedback form with a video intro and a rating question"
- "Build a quiz about world capitals with 5 questions and a results screen"
- "Make a lead capture form that asks for name, email, and company" The assistant handles nodes, options, media, and theming. Once it's done, you get a link to try the form and it appears in your dashboard for editing.
How to build a form
You don't have to do everything in one message. Most people work in stages:
1. Get the skeleton up
Start with the structure - questions, answer types, and flow. Something like "Create a 5-question feedback form with a rating, two multiple choice questions, an open text box, and an end screen." This gets you a working form in seconds.
2. Add your own content
Now make it yours. You have two options:
- In the chat - send a video of yourself asking a question and say "use this for question 2". Record a voice note for narration. Send your logo for the background.
- In the dashboard - open the form in the visual builder, record or upload video directly, drag nodes around, and fine-tune the details.
Mix and match however you like. Get the structure from the AI, record your videos on your phone, and polish the theme in the dashboard.
3. Add the finishing touches
Ask the AI to handle the extras: "add narration to every question", "use a dark theme", "add background music". Or do it yourself in the dashboard - whatever feels easier.
What's possible
Beyond basic form structure, you can ask for rich media and creative features:
Video and images
- "Add a video background to the intro"
- "Use nature-themed visuals for each question"
- "Create a slideshow intro from these five topics"
- "Find a royalty-free image of a mountain for the background"
Narration and audio
- "Add narration that reads each question aloud"
- "Use a friendly female voice for the narration"
- "Add background music - something calm and professional"
- "Add a sound effect when someone picks the right answer"
Quizzes and scoring
- "Make it a scored quiz with a results screen at the end"
- "Show feedback after each answer so people know if they got it right"
- "Create different end screens based on the score - one for high scorers, one for low"
- "Add a step counter so people know how far through they are"
Theming and branding
- "Use a dark theme with blue accents"
- "Match the colours to our brand - primary colour #FF6B35"
- "Use the Poppins font"
- "Make the buttons rounded"
You don't need to know how any of this works behind the scenes. Just describe what you want and the assistant figures out the rest.
Tips for better results
- Be specific. "Make a quiz" works, but "Make a 5-question quiz about space with multiple choice answers and a scorecard at the end" gets better results.
- Describe the vibe, not the settings. "Make it feel warm and inviting" works better than trying to specify exact CSS values.
- Iterate in conversation. After the form is created, say "add narration" or "change the theme" without starting over.
- Send media. Some assistants let you attach images or files. Send a logo and ask the assistant to use it as the form's background.
- Ask what's possible. If you're not sure what Clipform can do, just ask. The assistant knows what features are available.
